THE MEANING OF SPRING by KURT

As I walk through the woods in early Spring

I see a new life unfolding before me... Elated in knowing the prumise

it brings

From the bitter winter we are finally free.

The birds in the trees sing out the good news

As the squirrels run excitedly over the soft earth.

Now is the time to start life anew Time to let go of the cold world.

we came to know.

Everyone goes through their share

of winters

It's where we find our strength and our courage.

A necessity of life, for we must grow A time to shape and form our souls.

And during this time we cling on to the Promise

Knowing that it is one of life's guarentees.

Then one day we will find our rebirth And the sun will shine fervently into our hearts.

Pain is a thing we all must learn For without it, we will never know joy.

It is the dark times that help us savor the good

Seasons will always change, and so will our hearts.

So remember my words when the sky turns grey

At all times envision the days of gold.

And when the clouds break, and the sun shines through

You will have learned the Meaning of Spring.
